re: field sobriety test
They can't be that stoned. They found their keys, didn't they?

Just don't inhale.

Like we need THAT.

Terrible idea.

They should be out partying instead.

Hodor

In vaguely related news, the Italian Army is growing its own "medical" marijuana. http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-32531376

Wasted?

Dude, you're not wasted enough!!!

I heard a Colorado state representative being interviewed about the adjustments they've made to their DUI law since legalization. The interviewer, who was pretty clearly pro-legalization, asked the rep what kind of tests the Colorado police would use to determine whether a driver had over-imbibed on marijuana. The rep said, "Well, we've trained our officers in a wide range of old Cheech and Chong jokes..."

I think the interviewer is still trying to catch his breath.
