Two University of Akron students are developing a mobile device similar to a Breathalyzer that will test the level of marijuana in one’s system.

Dude, you're not wasted enough!!!

I heard a Colorado state representative being interviewed about the adjustments they've made to their DUI law since legalization. The interviewer, who was pretty clearly pro-legalization, asked the rep what kind of tests the Colorado police would use to determine whether a driver had over-imbibed on marijuana. The rep said, "Well, we've trained our officers in a wide range of old Cheech and Chong jokes..."

I think the interviewer is still trying to catch his breath.
