Let me point out that this is a New York state court, not a Federal court decision. And what else might we expect? New York has a long history of electing people that appear to be dumber than chimps to be mayor, to be governor and even to be senator. Nothing new to see here.

So now the chimps will have to file taxes, right?

i'm not a 'native' new yorker, but ya kinda get used to living with the natives

YES! I can't wait to see how they'll vote, or who'll fling you know what at you know who!

(I think hiring them might be bananas but a big retailer is considering...)

There is something about the words "persons" that has always bugged me. Shouldn't it be "people"? Where the hell is Mr. Language Person?

I read somewhere that a large adult Chimp is twice as strong as an NFL linebacker.

The courts take care of their own.

Does this we have to stop throwing peanuts to the lawyers?

Let's try that again

Elect them to congress!

Upon release, each chimp will anonymously donate $250,000 to the PAC of his choice.

They were just mistaken for Brooklynites.

The apes generous donation to the Clinton Foundation paid off.

No one touched marriage topic. Interesting.
