The fire started just before 3:30 p.m. when resident Samantha Roth, 22, was cooking and got locked outside of the house by the family’s 3-year-old dog, Lt. Shaggy Dan.

but it sure as hell sounds like someone left the burgers on *TOO LONG* )

You mean Ensign shaggy Dan.

Reading the whole story, that sounds very sad. I hope and pray that some locals help the family out.

Morals that we can draw from this:

1.) Never let your dog out of your sight.

2.) Always carry your keys.

3.) Don't cook.

Then a stadium sized meteor landed in the back yard and things went from bad to worse.

Then we all started rhyming, and thing went from bad to verse....


I can spel gud, I promiz!

Oh, Gad! I'm now writing like a rap star! Sorry, everybody!

But Lt. Shaggy Dan ran away from home.

Dog gone.
