A man on Trumble Creek Road reported that the neighbor’s dogs were on the run again. At the time of the call they were in his field doing dog things.

The Kila man probably thinks it's the guy who waves a cabinet door at him every morning and mockingly sings 'neener neener neener' I hate it when they do that to me.
