It's the subtle little details about this story that grab the reader's imagination and twist it into a state of anguish and disfiguration.

Just heading out to pay my respects at the funeral of the Canadian soldier killed last Wednesday by a loser with a gun at the War Memorial in Ottawa. He was a local lad. Nuff said.
