In the U.S., sushi is required to be frozen (then thawed) before serving to kill parasites. Some sushi purists object to this practice; I suspect payoffs from the tapeworm cartels.

Tapeworms are a really great way to eat all you want and maintain a thin body.

I prefer raw bass.

Both my Sons-in-Law love sushi.
