What I want to know is this: who exactly are the 12% who approve of the job Congress is doing. Surely there are not that many lobbyists.

How wude! And ex-queeze-me!

Well, we don't have to pay taxes to support Jar Jar, so he has a distinct advantage there.

plus he has an 18" long, prehensile tongue.

Related poll data: Darth Vader polls higher than any presidential candidate.

Why settle for the lesser of two evils?

Steven Spielberg shot that Triceratops, so no one likes him anymore.

@allen: Cthulhu 2016, baby!

Not that I'm bragging or anything but..Jeff Meyerson just sent me a "Dave Barry For President" bumper sticker. The minute Dave announces his candidacy I'm slapping it on my car.

NC, I don't think Dave ever officially ended his candidacy.

Slap away.

To be fair, Congress really doesn't like Jar Jar Binks.

Say what you will about Binks but he got more accomplished in two hours than congress has done in five years.

I suspect that most Americans have a higher opinion of their bowel movements than they do of Congress.
It's probably safe to say Americans have a higher opinion of Congressional bowel movements than their point of origin.

Americans forget Jar Jar served in the Senate.
