Bolivia congress clock altered to turn anti-clockwise

These have been available for years. Blame Coriolis.

If you like your current clock. you can keep your current clock.

It's been done. About 40 years ago, there was a bar in Fort Gay (yes) WV that ran like this with the added benefit of blurred numbers.
I THINK they were blurred.

I am stunned that one of those wiz-kid disrupters in silicon valley has not done this, OH WAIT they will get this on the news feed AND have a new idea....
