Considering all the indictments that are being handed out to certain Charlotte officials these days maybe they should look for the diapers in the former mayor's office or home.

Jeff in Ann Arbor the worst diapers to change are the ones that hold up to 18 lbs.

As my youngest is expecting in October, I am gravely suspicious.
That many diapers would hold the typical baby for, maybe, a week as I remember.
