The photograph is terribly out of focus. Shoddy journalism.

So when do I get my money?

You sure it's not 500 topless dancers?

Who gets to place the dollar bills?

Carpel Hooter Syndrome...?

Topless class action. Oxymoron?

To defend the ladies: I've met only one in person. A friend took me to the bar without telling me where we were going.
One of the performers sat down next to me. I explained that I couldn't buy her a drink because I was married did not want to jeopardize that in any way. I expected the reaction I did not get.
She smiled and said, "That's sweet. Thank you.", and left.
They work for their pay.
Pay them.
