The shocking part is that they weren't there before.
And since they just legalized marijuana, the rose garden has been renovated, too. Attendance is...high.

They did this to deflect attention from the conference room redo, where the governor can push a button and a giant hookah rises from the middle of the conference table. "Meeting is adJOURNED, man!"
