He refused to set the 12-ounce beer down, instead chugging the last of it before showing the deputy his hands.

Well, he didn't know how long he would have to hold up his hands-- didn't want the beer to get warm/flat.

I would think wasting a perfectly good beer would be a crime.

i wonder if topped off that performance with a nice belch.

It's a good thing that he wasn't toting a 40 oz.

Did he not even offer the deputy a swig? Poor form.

So I have to wonder whether this is the same guy who bought some more beer after a DUI accident.
