Old law can force Nova Scotians to shovel highways

I'd shovel I75 or I95 or, heck, almost any road leading to Florida and warm weather.

Boy Florida sounds good about now. And its only December.

My old daddy used to say "You can lead a Nova Scotian to snow, but you can't make him or her shovel."

I think Calgary used to require you to have three hands to ride a bicycle: Two on the handlebars at all times, and one to signal all turns.
