I cannot think of a population segment more in need of drugs than parents. He was simply saving them an errand.
Besides, the place IS called "Tiny Treasures." I don't think they were referring to the children.

You have someone surrounded by 20 or 30 babies and toddlers. The mystery is not that he was in need of some "medication".
It's that he had some to spare.
