And silly me, here I thought it involve doing away with the practice of charging half a euro to use the public facilities.

Another health department worker once received a call from someone inquiring about the "legally required splash distance", aka "how far do you have to be above the water so your bum stays dry?"

As we say in the NAVY "Flush twice - it's a long way to the Galley"
