I'm no psychic but if I had to drive school bus full of screaming kids I guarantee something bad would happen

I rode the bus to school when I was a kid. There were certain kids who shouldn't have been picked up. If "something bad" includes picking on kids who are smaller or weaker, those kids would cause it every time.

No worries. He can get a job over here. The NYPD or the TSA will snap him up. Or he can always fall back on teaching firearms safety.
