Poor form, the back hatch should be closed when not loading or unloading - it makes it easier for someone else to park behind you.

I just used The Google to translate the Arabic in the post above. It takes you to a link called "News Iraq on Saturday" and was posted by someone named "Forum", which doesn't sound Arabic to me at all.
I have a sneaking suspicion it was posted by a robot.
