Giant tarantula the size of man’s hand ‘on the loose in Torquay’

Heck, I think France already surrendered.

I was hoping there wouldn't be pictures.

Well, The Gleneagles Hotel in Torquay was the template for 'Fawlty Towers', so it's hardly suprising.

I had a spider like the one pictured for 9 years before she died of old age.
My girls cried over her and each insisted on making a cross for her grave (under the deck).
She was very gentle with all of us but Lisa did have nightmares after she (the spider) ate that mouse.
