What have these people been up to, that they expect to be wiped off the face of the earth, collectively? Not even our city council is that paranoid.

What if they're all killed exept for 1 ? I think the number of bills/ammendments required would be:
8 8 8 8 8 8 8
C + C + C + C + C + C + C + 1
7 6 5 4 3 2 1
(C = combinations...first term is Combinations of 8 take 7 at a time....etc....) Of course its been 30 years since I took the course.....

LeDud - I'm pretty sure it matters (from a legal point of view) what order they die in. So it would be permutations, not combinations.

Yeah, is there a provision in case several of them become zombies? Would they have to be voted out, or would that fall under "dead?" Would the remaining members be legally obligated to hunt them down and destroy them before replacing them? And what if they were vampires instead?
