We've never had these problems in our dept. Of course I work in an IS (computer) dept. We do have one or two quaffs. Unless we're on call. Which we always are..........

Sadly, panhandlers in NYC probably make more than the nine dollars an hour that is offered in return for debasing treatment by your public servants in the Parks Dept.
