Anyone who has bought a dog knows money can buy you love.

Gimme some money, Imma go run some 'speriments down in the bad part of town.

You bet it can.

I've been poor and I've been, well, not rich but definitely comfortable.
Having money beats poverty, hands down.
Anybody who says different wouldn't be happy, anyway, so they don't count.

Seems that money isn't buying happiness, just that having it makes you happy.

The converse of course being, not having money SUCKS.

Hello!?! Shoes!!!

Absolutely Ms. Flukey. Money buys shoes and shoes bring happiness.

Do I have to come right out
And tell you everything?
Gimme some money! -- ST

Money buys happiness to a point. After the first few million, only giving it away brings happiness. Thus says Bill Gates.

I KNEW IT!!!!!

What Steve said.

But it is also true that it is better to give than to receive. I see Elon and Mr. Gates have already gone there.

Darn straight. Cash makes it possible to be comfortably stupid.

Money may not buy happiness, but it can rent it at very reasonable rates.

Doing stupid studies and getting paid for it would add to happiness.
