'Twas always my belief that "Omnia Gallia in tres partes divisa est" was more correct; seems to fit usual word ordering better.

Actually, closer to "Gaul is, in its entirety, divided ..." etc.
De Bello also contains my favorite tag, ... libenter homines id quod volunt credunt.
