GO AHEAD, TRY TO GUESS THE STATE

Delira, who is 6-foot-2-inches and weighs 375-pounds, according to inmate records, kept giving the cop his zip code -- when he was asked for his phone number -- and told the cop that his "zip code was how much he had to drink," the affidavit stated.

If I was a policeman and ran across someone that looked like that guy, if he told me his zip code was his phone number, then by golly that's his phone number and I'm not arguing with him about anything!

The two were obviously out on the street just doing a little shopping.

The State of Confusion?

Let he who is without a zip code cast the first stone.

You can have my zip code when you pry it...uh, what was the question again?

"Radio, 2-5."

"Go ahead, 2-5."

"You wanta start me some backup ... check that, start me A LOT OF backup."

Coincidentally, his zip code was also his blood alcohol level.

So Able Delira was unable and delirious?
