This sounds like a great way to survive a North Dakota winter! Think about it, no heating or cooling bills, plus, if your neighbors annoyed you, press the BRS (Big Red Switch) and fry them!

How far is this from Dave Barry Lift Station No. 16?
Posted by: Jeff Meyerson | October 13, 2012 at 04:10 PM
Jeff: Near as Google maps can tell us, the two are about 102 miles apart, or 12 seconds, as the missile flies....

And it's close to Canada, so you can dig an escape tunnel if it doesn't have one.

Actually, if they left any of the weapons there, you just might get that Witness.
I don't usually advocate violent responses but in this case, the only alternative is nuking them from orbit.

"all missiles were removed from the site and the missile silos were closed."
So WHAT would be the point of buying this?

The 5 story pyramid bunker would be ideal for many, many hours of paintball. One college student was trying to get friends to pitch in to create the ultimate Evil Lair.
Someone who understands environmentalese should read the disclaimer about the the seepage.
I wonder about the taxes.

Seepage. Nice.
I would assume the Guild of Evil is waiting for the price to come down a bit, NMUA.
