ALWAYS KEEP ONE HANDY

Officer Bytnar said police were told that a man and a woman had overstayed their welcome at the house, so the owner chased them out with the pooper scooper.

I've had a few house guests that overstayed their welcome so I completely understand the homeowners pain. Especially if the guests brought their Beanie Baby collection.
Police later escorted them from the spot where they dropped the toys to a storage facility where they would be secured.
Did they secure the toys or the house guests in the storage building?

It wouldn't have been so bad if she'd had a cat.

I support strict regulation of those things.

If pooper scoopers are banned... You know.

i think a litter box would work as well. make a menacing gesture with one of them babies and see if unwanted guests don't make a bee-line.

We has a cat, Ming, who wound up living with my parents.
Ming's litter box could cause sewer workers to faint.
When a visitor inadvertently blurted out, "Look at the (anus) on that cat!", my mother's reply was simply, "Well, she uses it so much!"
