Did the 'police caution' include that he stank to high heaven?

I blame CSI.

I'm withholding any statement on this story until Elliot Spitzer reports on it.

This is the first I've heard of thermal imaging cameras in use by the police. Hmm. Good to know. LOL.

"Equipped to steal ..."

Rickey Henderson?

When Wiltshire Police caught up with the fecal-faced fuel felon, the suspect was tased, and the manure was taxed.

He didn't make a clean getaway. SOL.

Well, now it's not likely other prisoners will mess with him....

He got away with only caution? Man, he sure stepped in it.

no doubt sh!t faced

Nah, he was just pooped out.

A suspected fuel thief by any other name would still smell as...well, he'd still smell.

LOL! Even police did not want to deal with this stinker! Imagining having to explain the new "perfume" to his significant other, if he has one...
however, I'm more inclined to think he's single and available, or soon will be...

He was in deep doo-doo.
