AND THE SO-CALLED 'UNITED NATIONS' DOES NOTHING

A Norwegian family who traveled on a package tour to Bulgaria filed a formal complaint and demanded a refund, because most of the other guests at the hotel where they were staying were Bulgarians.

I'd be more worried that the Hotel has a Sveti Toma.

Whiners!

Hey, SVEN,

If you want to spend time with other Scandinavians, stay in Sweden!

I poop in your general direction.

That's the thing about foreign countries - too many foreigners.

What do these people do when they visit the zoo?

"We never would have chosen this hotel if we had known that beforehand," the family wrote, arguing that their 12-year-old daughter had no one to play with.

That'll teach 'em. Don't they know you have to pay extra for the Bulgarian-free travel package?!

Obviously, what we have here is a failure to communicate.

The hotel brochure noted it was popular for its in-house wines.

They misread that, thinking it was in-hotel whiners.

And they assumed that meant Norwegians like them...

How can you say that it's not refundable?
How come they don't look like me?
What about reduction?
What should it be?
Next time it's Travelocity
Driven from tours

Hide my face in my hands, shame wells in my throat
My child's experience is confused
By a shallow, Nordicless party
Seems that when some Norwegians fly
All we can offer them is a stay with some Baltic teens
Too many Bulgarians and not enough Swedes
'Cause this is what we've seen
Driven from tours
Driven from tours
Driven from tours

Protest is futile
Nothing seems to get through
What's to become of our world?
Who knows what to do?

Next time, bring the babysitter or shaddup!!!

Serious, she could play in traffic, or in the ocean, staff were quick to point out.

I have the same complaint in Florida.

Hmmm... I don't suppose it occurred to the Norwegians to wonder why all the Bulgarians demanded a refund too.

What Layzeeboy, too many New Yorker's? ;)

HAR! @ Gary!

I am 25% Norwegian, and this is about right.

It's all a misunderstanding. They actually said "Vulgarians."

Don't ever get arrested.
They have absolutely no standards on roommates.

Ever seen a Bulgarian in a bikini? Hah! Thought not.
