Obviously was desperate to cast a vote.
Election judges will let you vote twice for a bag of underwear in my county.
Just another misunderstood, patriotic American, momentarily confused as to where to vote.

I noticed the article said the man was from Minnesota. This explains a lot.
We don't have the smartest voters here. Cases in point: Governor Jesse Ventura and Senator Al Franken.
