Winter vomiting virus: British oysters contain bug

British Oyster Bugs was one of the "short list" band names, until they settled as Blue Oyster Cult.

Barfing Oysters was another name that didn't make it to the "short" list.

I love oyster but it never crossed my mind to eat them raw.

Oh, there's lots worse things that can be in raw seafood than this.
Take a look at Vibrio vulnificus if you need a good laugh. (It's funnier if you don't have it and someone you dislike does).

Cooked oysters make a good stew; you can prepare it in your Oysterizer.

I thought all oysters carried this particular virus.
