AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO CARP INVOLVED, WE'RE FINE WITH IT

Fathers and sons traditionally bond over a shared experience -- hunting, fishing, playing catch -- but it's highly unusual for that familial moment to involve sucking on a dead man's toes.

Didn't Sourtoe Cocktail open for The Doors?

Arthur Herk starts training them young.

They have to keep extra toes "on hand." People keep swallowing them.

I've been to Dawson about a dozen times, but I've never been in the Sourdough Saloon -- it's a tourist trap. Locals prefer the Pit.
