That should just be thrown out in court.

"Dim"mick -- and he sure looks it. I smell hungry lawyers at work.

If we had followed Shakespeare's advice 400 years ago, we wouldn't be in this mess.

A fool for a client.

If a man on the run (from the law) promises you
over two hundred grand (or any amount, really) it's best if you can get some most of that up front. Oh, and get it in writing. And notarized.
And make sure a lawyer checks it over....

Otherwise, this hold up will not hold up in court.

Somebody's i.q.--and I'm going out on a limb guessing it's a single digit--is showing!!!

Oral contracts aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

Verbal Contracts is never helpful when you can't trust the other party.

Has an IQ of 2, but it takes 3 to grunt
Couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel
He has an intellect rivaled only by garden tools
Too much yardage between the goal posts
Forgot to pay his brain bill
The wheel's spinning but the hamster's dead

Is it time yet to remove legal reference and self help books from the prison library?

Paper's commenter that said suer's name should be "Dimwit" had it right.

I think the kidnapper's prison sentence should be increased because he sued these people. Also, throw his lawyer in too, for a year or too.
