This is exactly what happens when you abuse a steroid inhaler. I would also like to point out that he may be a California man but this happened in Clover, South Carolina which is about 10 miles from my home. It doesn't surprise me at all.

I would also like to point out that Clover is a major speed trap if you are ever, for some unknown reason, traveling through there. I got a ticket a few years ago for going 37 mph in a 35 mph zone. I took it to court and won. Sometimes I can be mildly stubborn.
