Party!!! If I ever go to jail for stealing anything (I've never stolen anything in my life) it will not be toilet paper or plastic utensils. Jewelry or expensive clothes maybe. Toilet paper? No.

Well, if its not for a chile cook off then maybe it's to decorate some buildings and houses before Halloween. Remember when kids use to go out an tp.
