I agree with ofg. I had to call AT&T four times this weekend because of internet and phone issues. btw, if you have to call AT&T first make sure you are actually in the same house as your computer and not in another state away from it. They will ask you if you are near the computer. Also before you call them turn your computer and modem off and on a few times. This is always their first suggestion. Then they will tell you that you can go on their website for help. If I could go on their website I wouldn't need help. End of rant.

cindy, I feel your pain. Years ago when I had AOL I couldn't get on line. I called the 800 number and got a recording telling me I could get a fix on their website.
