Sure are a lot of naked people being arrested on that site. I can see why the neighbors, or neighbours, would be upset but why has he been put on the sex offenders list? Was he jiggling his thingie in front of children? It sounds like he was just doing his own thing in his own yard. It also sounds like he may have a touch of dementia.

A new wrinkle in the old problem of streaking.

You mean it's illegal? I thought the neighbors brought their kids inside because it was too hot!

Soon we'll have right to be naked anywhere.

I would love to insert a zucchini joke, but here in LA we can't even get to the store to buy one.

Maybe that "kilt" he was wearing was just an extreme sag.

I don't get it. Did the neighbors complain, and then he started gardening naked? Did they want to see more, and complained he wasn't showing enough?

A bright-shiny body may scare away bad insects. (The organic gardening book I read talked about using tinfoil to keep away squash vine borers.)

Pretty dangerous for a man of that age, and saggage, to be using a pruner on his roses, doncha think?
