A contestant on the Dutch TV show Who Is The Worst Driver In The Netherlands? has well and truly staked his claim after he ran down a TV presenter during filming for the final episode.

It is scary to watch some of these drivers. And it gets worse when you find one of them is from your own town. And then when that driver becomes "Canada's Worst driver", and the driver refuses to get help or get off the road... it is very depressing.

But they never hit the host.

I'm quite sure the minute his Florida license arrives he'll be off to the Sunshine State to share his 'talents' with others.

My old boss went to court to help his daughter pay a fine for a traffic offense. While he was paying, she left to get the car.
He said he heard a loud crash as he opened the courthouse door and just waited for the cops to bring her back.

Thats a good story Steve. The traffic gods played a good one. Now I must pay homage to them.

He was "tired" of the announcer Upstaging him,
and had confused the "gas pedal" and the ""brake."

I heard about it on Clik and Clak on Car`Talk.

Also, my niece once took out her own car and three others, all totaled, in a parking lot in (of course) Florida.
In reverse gear. All my wife's family is reverse-impaired.
