How do they expect for the Chinese to drive any better when they have road signs like this?

NC, the Chinese can hardly complain when the Japanese have to deal with this.

The trick is to keep your left arm straight and your head steady, then a nice gentle back swing and whammo !

“You can’t do a thing to change your genotype. If people use your genes or your genotype or genomic data against you, to deny you health insurance, or to deny you access to or the privilege of driving, that’s an unjust social policy,” Li said."
And yet here it is legal to jack up insurance rates based on the presence of a Y chromosome.

...Dr. Jin Huiqing has spent nearly three decades trying to figure out why some motorists seem more accident prone than others...

"Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for Chinese aged 15 to 44.."
What else is going to kill people in that age range? They're safe from childhood diseases and not yet old enough for old age diseases. That leaves accident, suicide, and homicide. If anything BUT accidents were the leading cause, that would be a REAL problem.
A great example of what I call a gee-whiz statistic. Sounds impressive but without substance.

There's a cure?

Death is a pretty good cure for bad driving.
Now just figure out how to keep the bad drivers from taking someone else "along for the ride" and it would be a self curing problem.
