DO-OVERS?

So the NBA playoffs come down to this: Miami vs. Dallas. Tonight [in 2006] they begin a series that will determine which city is the winner and which city has many residents who are not cowboys but wear cowboy hats anyway, often in urban environments where they look ridiculous.

It is soooo rare to find a writer who gets the game AND has a decent sense of humor PLUS has enough panache to sling some mud and get away with it. I'm guessing that's why Mrs. Blog married Dave. That and he has lovely hair.

Actually, these days the cowboy hats are only for the benefit of tourists who might otherwise catch on that Dallas is now mostly made up of people from elsewhere who decided they can't deal with winter anymore.
