Prediction: This will become the basis for a new series on the Comedy channel, "Law and Disorder".
And defendant Whitehead still won't get any profits or
residuals.

defend himself, as he says:

I think the Herald and Dave should both have been named in the suit. Obviously Dave steals all his good stuff from things that Whitehead hasn't written yet.
