I trust his license is on the way. After all, he wasn't driving a bumper car on the highway; he was driving two bumper cars at the same time.
Sounds like a reality show to me.

If all cars steered like bumper cars we'd have more fun. We'd also have really big red rubber baby buggy bumpers all around.

I think He is out of his mind on the other hand first up he broke the road rules that is crime and he should be punish for this.
