It's the new marijuana.
Someone went to a lot of trouble to open a window and steal a container of licorice sitting on the window sill.
Street value: $5.48.
Please report to police any unknown person(s) who
approach you and try to sell you a peice of licorice.

Years ago, the place I was living in got broken into, and the only things taken were a very old (but still working) radio and some chocolates. I think it was more expensive to fix the door that was broken than to replace anything. But it was still kind of freaky, having the place broken into. I kind of figure it must have been some kids (hich school punks maybe) but the fear that they might come back while I was there, the general ickiness of some thief (or thieves) being there, touching stuff, not nice.
