When we saw Willie perform at Radio City Music Hall this summer I tried - unsuccessfully - to get my wife to knock on the door of his bus and ask if we could bum a cigarette (cough cough).
Free Willie!

If the Border Patrol cops, the prosecutor, the judge, or the jury have indoor plumbing in their homes, they are guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia (water pipes) according to US Code Title 21; see §863(d)(3).
Bust them all and put them in jail with Willie.

"The 77-year-old rocker..." Rocker?! While he does an occasional tune with a faster tempo, I just wouldn't confuse Ol' Willie with a rocker.
Disclaimer: I am a solid Willie Nelson fan.

A friend of mine once worked backstage at a concert Willie played at. He reported that yes, the stories are true. When his tour bus doors opened, the air was actually green inside, but very, very mellow. Hey, are those brownies?

I don't care because imho nobody can sing "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You" like Willie Nelson. Add "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain" to that also.

I am sick and tired of us locking up all our young, talented people for smoking a little weed.
Willie's how old?
I am sick of us locking up our talented, etc.

I first saw Willie in 1974 at the Armadillo World Headquarters in Austin. Cool place and Willie was/is great. Needless to say the air was thick with.....of course the air was thick with it just about everywhere in Austin then.

Most news accounts state he was found in possession of six ounces of marijuana. This was obviously a clumsy plant. Like Willie Nelson would ever hold as little as six ounces!
