OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS KNOWN AS 'GIRAFFE BUTT'

The authorities in southern Sudan have unveiled a $10bn (£6.4bn) plan to rebuild the region's cities in the shapes of animals and fruit.

I wonder if the "investors" will be drawn from Internet scam/spam.

It would be a shame to spend $10B on something like preventing ethnic cleansing in Darfur.

...so...The regional capital, Juba, will become 'Juba the Butt'?

Dave would love my neighborhood. It used to be known as 'booger holler'. I'm not sure why. Someone told me people thought the woods were haunted at one time by 'boogers'. I'm very happy that it is seldom called that now.
