As long as he secured the propane tank, I don't see the problem. With the one part in front of his face, he probably can't see the problem, either.

I passed this guy on the way to work. Great burgers, though a bit crunchy, and quicker than the McDonald's drive-thru. Note: the motorcyclist behind him has the drinks.
