How many times can we vote?
Posted by: gjd | February 25, 2009 at 08:42 PM
First? WOOHOO!
Posted by: gjd | February 25, 2009 at 08:43 PM
I'm not sure what the question was but I'm positive that Montpelier is the right answer.
Posted by: nursecindy | February 25, 2009 at 08:43 PM
It always is, nursecindy. I nearly put a link to another poll in my comment. A blog, linked to a poll, wrapped in commentary, linked to more polls.

Ok, try this one!

Great minds (at least the first 4) think single.
Posted by: BA | February 25, 2009 at 09:22 PM
I would disagree with all of the comments but I voted "Anybody who disagrees with me is an idiot." and since I'm commenting that would mean I'm an idiot.
Posted by: Frederic | February 25, 2009 at 09:24 PM
This is fraudulent and I will sue. It has intentionally omitted what would undoubtedly be the first choice of most voters -- "Al Franken."
Posted by: SW | February 25, 2009 at 09:45 PM
Anybody who disagrees that it's Montpelier is an idiot.
Posted by: Renee (the First) | February 25, 2009 at 09:47 PM
Do we have to think before we vote?
Posted by: Dorakay | February 25, 2009 at 09:53 PM
Montpelier is the wrong answer. The correct answer is V. (The question being what is the capital of Vermont.)
Posted by: Peter M | February 25, 2009 at 09:55 PM
Cj..... the choices should have been...
1)single
2)single
3)
4)single
5)single

I blame Octomom.

I keep moving from Dave's poll to CJ's poll and back.
Does that make me a poll dancer?

"Montpelier" is French for "my pliers." That's why there are so few French Jews.
Posted by: SW | February 25, 2009 at 11:33 PM
James Madison.

I never think. Doesn't that mean I ain't?
Posted by: Paris Hilton | February 26, 2009 at 12:18 AM
If the correct answer isn't "Montpelier", then it has to be one of the following:
1. "Doc"
2. Anne of Cleves, Anne Boleyn, Catherine Parr, Katherine of Aragon, Jane Seymour and John Nance Garner.
3. 1215 A.D.
4. 1588 A.D.
5. All of the above

Dave has a new toy...
Posted by: marfie | February 26, 2009 at 01:00 AM
I blamed global warming, even though that's not really an answer.
The answer, as we all should know by now, is 42.
Posted by: Mare Imbrium | February 26, 2009 at 01:36 AM
If the answer is "One hump or two?"
Then of course the question must be "May I have a camel in my coffee?"
I miss Dan O'Neill
Posted by: Frederic | February 26, 2009 at 02:08 AM
I knew the real answer was 42,but the closest I could come to that was "Montpelier".See.you take every other letter ,from back to front, and you multiply them times themselves, then you divide that by the angle of the dangle, substract the heat of the meat, apply the mass of the ass as a constant, and Voila,42.

Regis, I would like to phone a friend.
Posted by: Cat R | February 26, 2009 at 07:43 AM
its idiotic to think that it could be anything other than montpelier.
Posted by: queensbee | February 26, 2009 at 07:47 AM
I don't vote in polls that make me think.
