Isn't that the sort of injury you need to know about BEFORE a week has gone by?

it's amazing how a little bad national publicity can make you rethink a decision.

“re-examining the investigation”
An investigation for a jaywalking ticket? Good to know that all other public safety issues have been resolved in Denver and there's time for this.

Now I come to recall it, the guy who was shot dead for jaywalking in Denver was walking down the middle of the road with an automatic weapon in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other, taking random potshots. So it's good to see they are maintaining their relaxed attitude to jaywalking.

They're going to charge the bus driver with attempted murder.

This is outrageous. I mean, you make allowances for one person and pretty soon everyone is jaywalking!

I am sorry, but if you want to play the hero and save lives there are proper ways to do it. What would happen to out super hero films if they start to have morally ambiguous plot points?

They would call them 24?

.
This really is OUTRAGEOUS! A real professional police officer would have just shot the guy. Boy, that ACLU is RUINING our country!!!
