90 years old and driving a scooter on a freeway. And he doesn't ALREADY live in Florida? I don't care if the guy IS British, the law is very clear...people like that are absolutely required to move to Florida when they turn 65.

Bike Week starts here in Daytona Beach on Saturday. I say he should get an all expenses paid trip for him and his scooter.

Reminds me of my favorite driving joke:
"Grampa, we're so relieved you managed to drive here safely. The news said there was a maniac driving on the wrong side of the highway!"
"Only one? I saw hundreds of 'em!"

I rather doubt if his scooter is "street legal" ...
No turn signals to activate in perpetuity ...

Random - I had a Dual too! Long gone, but I kept my Sony reel-to-reel until just a couple of years ago.

There was a young man in a motorized wheelchair who was in the crosswalk when the light changed. An Eighteen-wheeler pulled out and didn't see that the wheelchair was stuck on his front bumper.
911 thought the first call was a prank, but after a few folks called it in a police car went out in hot pursuit.
Everything ended up fine, although the wheelchair was not designed for travel at 50-55 mph.
The driver was not issued a ticket, but the young man in the wheelchair was given a warning for not wearing a safety belt. With video proof!
