Grandma made fruitcakes soaked with rum or bourbon. Line them up along the sidewalk and light them off for a charming Christmas eve vigil.

When I saw the picture before the caption, I was afraid that the ladies were holding portable stripper poles.
I wasn't any more relieved to discover that fruitcake was involved instead.
