cj!! you been talking to dave!?!

what? no leg warmers??

nobody wore pants in 1982!

Luckily, I don't wear pants in the office.

rickh, they wore parachute pants. I know. I have some.

Dontcha just wanna SHOOT her??

I think that was Carol Burnett.

I so AM wearing pants - on my head. They say, "DIVE IN"!!

I am just wondering what Justin was looking for when he stumbled on this gem.

I used to have all those Jane Fonda exercise tapes and they were sooooooooooooo much better than this crap. And we wore leg warmers.

that was great. and then i found this:

which was what my daughter was into when she was about sophie's age....awwwwwwww....

How about the 80's hair? It moves to the boogie beat

judi's linky

Thanks. I needed that.

Is that what we looked like in the early 80's?!? My deluded memory told me we looked cool.

Ok, I've wet my pants. Now, would someone please describe the video to the youtube-blocked?

1980s, the decade that gave us WHAM and Milli Vanilli

Watching this at work, so I have the sound off. I am going to turn the sound on now...

OK, now I need both eye bleach AND ear bleach.

Hammie, it's Toni Tenille doing Jazzercise. Kinda.

People, don't make me use force...

*waves @ Hammie*
there were other hip ways to exercise. Some also pantsless.
Siouxie told me.

*Waves at Hammie!!!!* LTNS!!

WARNING on Steve's linkie. It's the Barry Manilow of exercise videos.

Now that's a marriage made in hell - Richard Simmons working out to Barry Manilow. *SHUDDER* I scared myself. :(

*SMACKS* Steve! Thanks for the warning, Annie.

Maybe you ladies would like this better...

No WONDER Suzanne smiled so much!!

Steve, that's a phallacy....fallacy...old wive's tail tale...Siouxie told me.

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."
-- Hamlet, Act 3, scene 2

Let's not forget the importance of facial exercises

Hammie, it's the Whitest Woman in America-- complete with Minnesota/Midwest accent, dontchaknow-- wearing blue and white leotards and tights and jazzercising to a groovy disco tune. She is flanked by two similarly clad women who are sporting Donny Osmond's hair. It's pretty disturbing, but extremely funny.

My entire office is doing that right now.

Your. Fault.

What, the facial excercises?

(I think it was a Bulimia training thing)

I think I will just keep my wrinkles...

Didn't Arnold Vosloo do that sort of thing in "The Mummy" ... ??

Siouxie....that's Jazzzz hands !!

Hey, she stole my hairstyle! I can't belive I thought that was soooo cute.

I want to shoot the one of the right with my freeze ray.

Greer Childers looks like a full-size poodle with groomed ears.

*Waves @ Diva!!!*
*Waves @ Siouxie!!!*
*Waves @ Annie!!!*

And the leader of the group was named Judi.

Ooom, chicka? This is hilarious! And unfortunately, remembery for me, too. Yes, I took Jazzzzercize in the '80s. Didn't everyone?

*waves at Hammie behind his back*

The 80's facial workout was frightening!

Boy. The '80s were amazing.

Oh My, Mr. Haller. How did you come across such a wonderful and ingenuos trinket?

The woman sounds like Frances McDormand in Fargo. Did you notice that the ENTIRE routine did not require them to move their feet at all? It's like their feet were superglued to the floor.

You have to give that workout routine some credit - managed to lose weight watching it. Now I have some more vomit to clean up.

Trixie, Siouxie had a spare...

I preferred Buns of Steel. Still do. ;)

LOL Annie.

Steve, stay away from my BOB!

And a smoooooooooch back @ Jazzzzzieeee!

I'd just like to point out that the lady in the middle INVENTED Jazzercise. In 1969. She's STILL making exercise videos. Pity she didn't invent face exercises, she had to resort to one too many bad facelifts. *shudder*

Hey, that exercise must really work! I just lost 5 pounds!!

I barfed it off.

Never. Wear. White. Tights.
